Reggae Genealogy: The Concert and Music Festival (2-for-1 Holiday Deals Below)
On Sunday, February 2, 2025, Island SPACE Caribbean Museum will host a unique, pioneering musical concert event in the city of Plantation — Reggae Genealogy.
With live music, DJs, dance, narration, video elements and celebrity cameos, this audiovisual experience will take attendees on a music journey.
Enjoy native mento, ska, Nyabinghi, rocksteady, lover’s rock, dub, reggae and dancehall, ending with an odyssey through Jamaican musical influence on hip hop, reggaeton, pop reggae and Afrobeats.
Reggae industry icons Inner Circle, Wayne Wonder and Donavon Germain will receive lifetime achievement awards.
